Instructor Alexandra Berger will guide though a session of Gyrokinesis, a technique of gentle stretching and breathing exercises that help to strengthen the back and increase range of motion, as we work to keep our bodies healthy for singing.

How does a US Senator find time to be a musician, especially when he’s running for Vice President? Hear Senator Tim Kaine answer that question, and talk about his life in music!

Tim Kaine is an avid bluegrass harmonica player and singer. He also loves the New Amsterdam Singers, especially the Golgotha concert we performed at Trinity Church in 2016. In his spare time, he’s a US Senator from Virginia and was Hillary Clinton’s Vice Presidential running mate in 2016.
