The 2017-2018 season marked the 50th anniversary season of the New Amsterdam Singers and our Music Director Clara Longstreth. Here we have collected a number of special features from the various celebrations that helped to make this milestone season special.
The chorus commissioned three new works in honor of Clara’s fifty years with NAS. Each of our concerts in 2017-2018 featured the world premiere of one of these new works.
