A joint concert with the Jackson Heights Orchestra
In our first collaboration with the Jackson Heights Orchestra, we explore music from our neighbors in South America, featuring music from Astor Piazzolla, Carlos Guastavino, and the rarely performed Missa Mimosa, written by a contemporary of Mozart, the Brazilian composer José Maurício Nunes Garcia.
